This was a very simple, straightforward space. Nothing fancy, just a great little home base for a quick visit to Bangkok. Perfect for my 2-week stay - extremely quick walk to the BTS station, and a similar distance to 7-Eleven (for little snack runs, etc.) and Thai massage, and only a quick BTS ride to the Em District and beyond. Would gladly stay here again.
Future guests should be aware:
1) This space is VERY close to Sukhumvit Rd. and the SkyTrain, so there is 24/7 traffic noise, including honking and occasional sirens. Earplugs are provided, but if noise is an issue for you, this may not be the right spot.
2) The mattress provided is quite firm, so if you require a softer, fluffier bed, this may not be your spot!
My visit included New Year's Eve, and I was delighted by Mihael's thoughtful messages about places to celebrate, ways to get around, and safety warnings about NYE in Bangkok.
I didn't require much help during my stay, but Mihael was always very responsive! Thank you!

Our five-day New Year’s stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. We loved the location; there are so many great spots for food and drinks just outside the door, and having the BTS nearby made getting around Bangkok a breeze.
Mihael was a great host - super responsive and clear with instructions. He even shared some local New Year's advice that was really appreciated. We’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It was exactly as described.
The location is fantastic with easy access to public transport, great food, and shops all around.
Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was easy, and everything worked perfectly. I felt very comfortable here and would absolutely stay again.

Hosts are very easy to communicate with. The room is plentiful in size, with many ammendities thought of and prepared. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The area is super convenient being so close to the station, area is quiet so you can relax well after a long day out! Highly recommend staying, I will be again when I return to Bangkok :)
