I had a great stay at SK Tower in Sukhumvit 38–40. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a very comfortable bed—perfect for resting after a long day exploring the city. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bangkok and just a short 5-minute walk (around 500 meters) to BTS Thong Lo station, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, city-centered place to stay!

I only need a place to stay just for one night. I chose Mihael's place because of the location, value, and overall quality of the apartment. I'm glad I did because it was just perfect. The location is just a few steps from Thong Lo BTS station, which is super helpful for getting around. And the area has plenty to do and see, with a plethora of great food options. I really enjoyed just walking around. The apartment itself is super well kept, very clean, comfortable, and modern. The bathroom is really great as well, and the bed and linens had me sleeping like a baby. There's a small balcony with a nice view and a large sink for washing things. Mihael's apartment would be perfect for both short and long stays, and he was super responsive and checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. I won't hesitate to stay again when I'm back in the area.

Great place to stay - hosts were very responsive and helpful. Gave local recommendations and made the stay smooth and easy. Highly recommended to stay here as close to many co-working spaces, cafes and eateries + Thonglor BTS station for easy travel on public transport.
One minor thing is that it's also near the main road, so can hear the heavy road traffic which could be bothersome for some (but very manageable if you have ear plugs for sleeping).
